• We have a pre-event consultation together to agree upon the content plan and deliverables based upon your vision
• Sofie will be your main point of contact and will lead the planning and logistics before your event
• On the day of the event, Sofie and her supporting production assistants (as required) will be there capturing special moments
• Following your event, your content will be edited into unique montages and social-ready video, and provided to you to post on your social channels. Should we be contracted for a social-posting takeover of your event, we will do the posting

• Ready-to-post vertical montage videos
• Instagram/TikTok trend capture
• LinkedIn optimized videos 
• Unlimited unedited videos & stills delivered within 24 hours, upon request

      Note: Video turnaround times determined based on scope of project

• Video guest book (heartfelt, funny, and love-filled messages from guests)
• Story takeover (enjoy your special day while we post your Instagram Stories in real-time . Receive a curated mix of BTS moments, stunning details, and guest interactions to bring your event to life on social)
• Night before / bridal shower / welcome party / post-event coverage

Sofie is based in Los Angeles and is frequently in New York and would love to capture your event, whether it’s nearby or a destination. Here’s how travel works:

LA / NY Events: Travel within LA and NY is included in package pricing

Other Locations (60+ Miles Away): If your event is over 60 miles from LA or NY, fees include travel and expenses
